New website seeks Avril Lavigne's revenge against Perez Hilton

avrilperezhitlon.jpg Perez Hilton is no stranger to controversy, and he is not strange to confict with Avril Lavigne.

But what happens when one of Avirl Lavigne's fans takes on the battle to bring down Perez. Is it possible? The folks at perezlavigne.com hope so.

An open letter on website reads,

"Dear User,

I am a friend of Avril Lavigne and this is my personal message to get back at the scumbag above! Maybe you have already heard that Perez Hilton wrote bad things about Avril on his online Blog.

I mean, he thinks in his own little world that he is the best and he makes everybody look silly on his Blog. But in reality he is the biggest silly person I've ever seen! His insults have really hurt Avril so please help me to kick Perez in his ass with this website now!

If you want this to happen this is the place to make it happen!"

On the website, you can vote for Perez to disappear, watch videos and see pics of Avril and Perez together.

I guess this is what happens when fans strike back.

Avril Lavigne blames her song stealing on stupidity

Avril Lavigne is firing back against allegations that she stole some of the lyrics for her song "Girlfriend" from the 1970's Rubinos song "I Want To Be Your Boyfriend."  The punk turned pop tart is blaming her own stupidity on the mishap claiming she has never even heard the classic song.

You may have heard some news that two guys who wrote for some band from the 1970s I have never in my life heard of called the "Rubinoos" are trying to sue me. They have a song called "I Want To Be Your Boyfriend" that has no musical similarities to the song "Girlfriend" that Luke Gottwald and I wrote together. They claim that a small part of the lyrics are the same and are saying that I took these from them. I had never heard this song in my life and their claim is based on 5 words! All songs share similar lyrics and emotions. As humans we speak one language.

Avril posted this statement on her MySpace blog.  Somehow I don't think her lack of knowledge will get her out of this one.

Avril also used her website to voice her opinion on Canadian songstress Chantal Kreviazuk's suggestion that she also swiped one of her songs saying,

"Chantal's comments are damaging to my reputation and a clear defamation of my character and I am considering taking legal action," Lavigne wrote on her website (www.avrillavigne.com) late Friday.

Lavigne says Chantal's complaints are resulting from songwriting collaborations between the two that went sour.

"My decision to discontinue working with Chantal after co-writing together on my second record was simply based on the fact that we had no hits together. That is why her name is not on this record, despite her numerous attempts to be included, which were always denied. From my perspective, this is a clear case of bitterness."

It looks like Avril's song swiping may have just caught up with her now!

Avril Lavigne buys $9.5 million home

Avril Lavigne and her rock-star husband are moving to Bel Air!  The freaked out couple evidently bought a home for $9.5 million in the swanky LA neighborhood.

Avril and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley have bought a three story, eight bedrooms home with 10-1/2 bathrooms according to the Los Angeles Times.

The new mansion also has an elevator, sauna and garage space for 10 cars.

Lavinge has recently made her way from punk star to socialite pop singer.  Maybe one day she'll figure out who she really is... meanwhile she has a sweet place to hide out of the paparazzi!
