Anna Nicole Smith's former companion, Howard Stern, is suing reporter Rita Cosby after she made allegations that is gay in her book "Blonde Ambition."

In her book, Cosby claims that Stern had engaged in homosexual sex with Larry Birkhead on a tape that was viewed by Anna Nicole Smith. Birkhead, of course, is the father of Anna Nicole's child Dannielynn. This isn't the first time someone has accused Larry of being on our team.

Rita Cosby released this statement in her own defense:

"In recent history, numerous stars had sex videotapes leaked to the Internet, including Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, Rob Lowe and others," her statement reads. "A possible sex videotape was hardly something that would raise an eyebrow in the milieu of Anna and Howard's life."

In other words, gay is okay!

So far, Birkhead isn't suing. Stern is socking to Cosby in the tune of $60 million.

I'm really starting to think that Larry Birkhead is just white trash.

Evidently, Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy went to an auction where he won some lingerie once worn by by the late Playboy model.

What does Larry want to do with those?

Give them to their daughter Dannielynn!

"I have a lot of history I have to put together that she doesn't really know about," Birkhead told The Associated Press. "Playboy was such a big part of Anna's career."

Birkhead spent nearly $3,000 on Anna Nicole's underwear. How strange is going to be when Larry explains to Dannielynn that he bought her mom's undies so she could see what kind of life her mom lived! AWKWARD!

Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur is suing TMZ and Howard K. Stern for "tarnishing her image."

This crazy old hoot thought she was a good mama until TMZ and plenty of other bloggers ran her name through the mud. As Anna Nicole told it, Virgie was a hateful old hag who couldn't even stand herself.

Arthur thinks that TMZ.com was working with Howard K. Stern to prevent her from getting custody of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn.

"Their goal was simple and straightforward," the lawsuit filed in Texas State Court reads, "to ‘destroy’ anyone that was opposed to Howard K. Stern or his interest."

TMZ ran a story titled: "Virgie has son with step-brother." In their quasi-investigative piece, TMZ unveils that Virgie Arthur had a son with her step brother and a poll showed that most readers found it "creepy."

Anna Nicole's mama hasn't exactly denied the story's truth, but Virgie still wants financial compensation as an apology.

A Bahamas jury has determined that Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, died of an accidental drug overdose.The seven-member jury recommended no criminal charges.

With less than two hours of deliberation, the jury came back with their verdict on Monday. The inquest to determine how Daniel Smith died began in November.

Daniel died while visiting Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas in September 2006. Anna Nicole had just given birth to Dannielynn when Daniel died.

An autopsy found that Daniel likely died from a combination of drugs, including methadone and antidepressants. Another jury decided that similar drug combo killed Anna Nicole a few months later in Florida.

The magistrate in the inquest to determine how Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel died has decided that homicide is not an option.

The jury gets to decided whether the death was an accident, "misadventure," non-dependent drug use or rule with an "open verdict."

Daniel died from a suspected drug overdose three days after his mother Anna Nicole Smith gave birth to her daughter Dannielynn in September 2006.

The Bahamian court's jury has heard testimony from Anna Nicole's baby daddy Larry Birkhead, most recent companion Howard K. Stern and a number of Smith's friends.

The inquest also heard that Daniel was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital for misuse of valium in July 2006.

The inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, was back under way on Monday in the Bahamas.

Anna Nicole's baby daddy Larry Birkhead was on the stand and made some shocking allegations about Daniel Smith's drug use.

According to Birkhead, Daniel was somewhat of a regular drug user. Larry told the court that in 2006, Anna Nicole realized that her son was stealing her methadone and caught him on camera.

Birkhead also said he saw Daniel throw a television through a window and between January and May his behavior worsened.

In previous testimony to cops, Larry said he saw Anna Nicole give Daniel the drug Ecstasy and claimed he once saw Howard K. Stern smoke pot with Anna and Daniel. In Monday's hearing, Birkhead would not testify that he witnessed either of these things.

Stern takes the stand tomorrow.

"Anna Nicole Smith: The Movie" is coming, and here's the trailer starring Willa Ford as Anna.

The film covers Anna Nicole's life, and it may shed some light on her tragic life. They story evidently covers Smith's life from her days as a stripper all the way through her death last year in Florida.

Ford, best known for her appearance on "Dancing with the Stars", actually plays a good Anna Nicole Smith.

Everyone knows I was actually an Anna Nicole fan until all of the scandals came forth. I think it will be great to see a movie about her life. Maybe we'll learn something we didn't know.

It's official. Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn is the sole heir to the former Playboy Playmate's estate.

When Smith died, her out-dated will left everything to her son Daniel who died shortly before Anna Nicole did.

Howard K. Stern has been fighting to get Dannielynn named as the sole heir. On Tuesday, a judge granted that request and named Stern as the co-trustee of the estate along side Dannielynn's father Larry Birkhead.

The baby could inherit millions from the estate of Anna Nicole's late husband oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall.

Anna Nicole Smith's sole beneficiary Dannielynn is preparing to go under the knife. If you've ever watched The Insider and Entertainment Tonight, you know that Dannielynn needs corrective eye surgery. They talk about it all the time.

Now, Larry Birkhead said the time has come that Dannielynn will have to have surgery to "un-cross" her eyes. The baby, who just turned one year old, suffers from strabismus (commonly known as a lazy eye).

Birkhead told Entertainment Tonight that he was a bit nervous about sending Dannielynn to the operating table.

Larry said: "Having lost Anna and [her son] Daniel and my dad – my dad just came out of a simple surgery and he died – it's just tough for me to think about surgeries with [Dannielynn]."

That isn't stopping Birkhead from making a few bucks. Evidently Entertainment Tonight and The Insider have paid Larry $250,000 for the exclusive on the story.

Again, we ask is it possible that pretty boy Larry Birkhead is gay?

This isn't the first time, nor the second time, but the third time that someone has accused Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy of being a homo.

First a gay porn start came forward saying he was Larry Birkhead's former lover, then Rita Crosby accused Larry and Howard K. Stern of being gay lovers.

Now, Anna Nicole's former bodyguard "Big Moe" is saying that Anna told him Larry was gay.

"Well, she told me that, you know, he was a homosexual," Big Moe told Access Hollywood.

Big Moe also said that Anna Nicole simply looked at Birkhead as a sperm donor.

"Because of how Larry looked, she figured, oh my child would look great," Big Moe told Access Hollywood's Tony Potts. "Blonde hair, blue eyes, you know, 'Go great with me and my baby will come out beautiful.'"

"So basically, from what she told you and what you’re telling me is that Anna looked at Larry as a sperm donor to get a really beautiful child?" Tony asked.

"That's it," Big Moe said.

Big Moe also said that Birkhead wasn't Anna Nicole's type.

"Anybody that's been around Anna, they would know that Larry wouldn't be her type. First of all, she liked men that was wealthy, I mean that's no secret," Big Moe said.

Wow, more allegations that Larry Birkhead is gay. Could he really just be a pretty boy or is Larry Birkhead gay?

As strange as it is to admit now, I loved Anna Nicole Smith. A lot of shocking truth came out during that time following Anna Nicole's death, but she still made an impact on our generation.

One year ago Friday, Smith passed away in Hollywood, Florida of an accidental drug overdose. Ironically, that's why put GaySocialites.com on the map!

Anna Nicole is survived by her estranged mother Virgie Arthur and lots of crazy rednecks in Texas. Shortly before Smith died, she gave birth to a little girl Dannielynn. Her son Daniel also died of an accidental overdose just days after Dannielynn was born.

Danielynn lives with her father Larry Birkhead who posted this message on his website in memory of Anna Nicole:

An inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel continued on Wednesday in the Bahamas, and while Howard K. Stern may not be headed to jail for murder just yet; a horrible image is being painted of Anna Nicole's 'companion'.

During Wednesday's inquest, South Carolina developer G. Ben Thompson testified that he saw Howard K. Stern taking pictures of Daniel's dead body. Stern evidently told Thompson the photos "might be worth some money some day."

"I was totally shocked he was taking pictures of a dead child laying in that bed," Thompson said.

Thompson's son also testified on Wednesday saying that he saw Howard K. Stern remove two white bottles from Daniel's body just after he died.

If you'll remember, Daniel Smith died of an overdose while visiting Anna Nicole just after she delivered Dannielynn in the Bahamas.

The inquest resumes on March 17th when testimony from Larry Birkhead is expected.

After the wild night at Britney Spears' place on Monday, her mother Lynne Spears headed for Brit's pad for an intervention. This should have happened A LONG TIME AGO!

This morning Britney's mother was joined by her husband Jamie Spears as they launched an attack on Spears' friend turned 'manager' Sam Lutfi. Britney's parents branded Lutfi as “poison”.

Now that Britney's parents are back on the scene, Sam called up TMZ to give his side of the story. According to Lutfi, the Spears family “barged in" rather than intervened in Brit-Brit's troubled life. During the call, Sam made it very clear that Britney was by his side.

“They have an agenda. Their agenda is jealously because they don’t fit in. I do. They see her [Britney] three times a year.”

TMZ says the Spears family is planning an intervention, and they are leaving Lutfi out on purpose.

Lutfi also says he didn't make Britney buy a new Mercedes that was delivered to her home Tuesday night.

“Did I force you to buy a car.” In a heavy southern accent she responded, “No.” He continued, “Do I ever bug you.” She replied, “We argue.”

It sounds like Sam Lutfi is to Britney Spears as Howard K. Stern was to Anna Nicole Smith. We all know what happened to Anna Nicole!

Wednesday, November 28th would have been Anna Nicole Smith's 40th birthday.

The former Playboy superstar was born in Houston, Texas on November 28, 1967 and died in Hollywood, Florida on February 8, 2007.

Anna Nicole died of an overdose of a variety of drugs.  That was the same cuase of death for her 20-year-old son Daniel who died September 10th of last year.

Smith is survived by her daughter Dannielynn who is set to inherit billions from Anna Nicole's first husband, J. Howard Marshall's, estate.

The inquest into the events surrounding the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, finally began Monday in the Bahamas.

Anna Nicole's attorney turned companion Howard K. Stern and her estranged mother Virgie Arthur were both present for the hearing.

Stern testified that Anna Nicole and Daniel were closer than the average son and daughter.

"She was very close to Danny and I saw it," Howard testified. "Almost every time I saw Anna Nicole, she had Danny with her."

On Monday, Stern said he dentified Daniel Smith's body at the morgue, but Howard did not discuss in detail the events that led up to Daniel's death.

Who cares about all that?!  I want someone to ask Stern who gave Daniel Smith the methodone that killed him! 

Daniel had come to the Bahamas to visit Anna after the birth of her daughter, Dannielynn. Autopsy reports show that Daniel died of lethal mix of methadone and lexapro.

The attorney general's office said Stern may be recalled as a witness for further questioning.

Witnesses did describe a sad scene as hospital staff tried to save Daniel's life with Anna Nicole refusing to leave the scene.

"There was difficulty getting her out of the room," James Iferenta, the emergency room doctor said. "She clung to Smith during my time in the room."

Testimony in the inquest is scheduled to resume Tuesday.

Anna Nicole Smith's lawyers want the late Playboy model's estate to pay over $160,000 for services rendered to Smith beginning in 2006.

The law firm of Trope and Trope says Anna Nicole's bill totalled $281,000, but only $118,000 has been paid.  Now, they want Smith's estate to cough up the difference.

Do you remember who manages the Anna Nicole Smith estate, currently?  It's none other than her most recent companion and long time attorney Howard K. Stern.

The bill has been forwarded to Stern. Howard hasn't commented... yet.

Howard K. Stern is making some headway in suit against Rita Cosby who wrote that Stern had sex with Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy Larry Birkhead.

Now the judge says Rita's stories are coming up short.  After all, they even caught Cosby on tape trying to pay two housekeepers for their testimony in the case.

The crazy thing is that Cosby heard that story from Jackie Hatten, the sister of Anna Nicole's ex Mark Hatten. 

According to papers filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Mark who just happens to be incarcerated for making criminal threats against Anna Nicole wants some of Smith's inheritance.

Mark Hatten is just flat up crazy!  Jackie Hatten is also Anna Nicole's self proclaimed best friend.  These two sound like reliable sources, huh?

Stern is suing Cosby for $60 million on claims of libel since both Howard and Larry deny that the event ever took place.... Of course they do.

Howard K. Stern is totally busted.

New videos have surfaced on Fox News that prove Anna Nicole Smith was drugged up while pregnant with Dannielynn.

Smith's former friend Ford Shelley turned the tapes over to Fox as you see here.

It is disturbing, disgusting and shows a taste of what Howard K. Stern really has to hide.  Stern can be heard off camera telling Anna Nicole what to do, and at one point he even refers to the tape as "un-usable," because the music is too loud.  What could Howard have wanted to "use" the tapes for?  Possibly blackmail.  He even said "this footage is worth millions."

Stern appeared on Larry King Live and made up a story saying that Anna Nicole was acting like a little a girl in the video and that no drugs were involved.  As you see on the video above, Smith was clearly getting more and more out-of-it as the time passed.  The little girl in the video even says Anna Nicole is "having brain trouble" and later told her father that he saw Stern give Smith two red striped pills from a while bottle shortly after she arrived.

This isn't the first time Stern lied on Larry King's show.  That CNN program was Howard's outlet to lie to the world declaring he was Dannielynn's father.  After a drawn out court battle, Larry Birkhead was proven to be the father of Anna Nicole's baby.

Over the past few weeks, Stern has filed papers with the court requesting that Dannielynn become the sole air to Anna Nicole Smith's estate, and if that little girl gets the millions of dollars up for grab in Smith's ex-husband's inheritance... Howard K. Stern wants a few million too.

Once again, we are reminded of the evil source that seemingly controlled Anna Nicole Smith and ultimately took her life.
