While writing this Fashion Focus on photographer Tim Walker, I happened to see an image that I loved…

and then another, and another…

I saw Tim Walker mentioned and thought he was the designer. So immediately I began to search for his designs only to realize that he was actually behind the camera. This intrigued me even more. I enjoy taking photos of all kinds and if I were ever to dive into fashion photography I would want to tell dramatic photographic stories like those told in Walker’s work.

Interesting and artistic, dramatic and telling. The fashion is on display and the background is equally important. People throw “couture” around all over the place. I’d call this couture photography, wouldn’t you?
