Long-time New York hot spot, Beige at B-Bar, is closing

It looks like one of Manhattan’s longest running parties will soon be a thing of the past. Evidently the Tuesday night stronghold, Beige at B-Bar ,will come to a close next week.
Having been one of the rare low key spots in New York for nearly 10 years, gay New Yorkers are going to be sad to see it go.
Unlike other parties that fizzle off due to lack of attendance, Beige has been a strong hold since the beginning and even continued to run after the gay promoters left the party several years ago.
Rather than having the fashion foward, trendy gay crowd, B-Bar evidently wants to expand their restaurant service hours and will close the party after next Tuesday.
B-Bar is located at 40 East 4th Street in New York City.
