Has the party moved to Las Vegas?

According to a recent study of the best bars and clubs for 2010, it looks like the party has moved to Las Vegas.
Of the Top 20 results, all but a few nightclubs are located in Vegas with XS Nightclub, Pure and Tao leading the list in that order.
Los Angeles hits the list at 18 with Avalon in Hollywood, Miami scored just a little higher with LIV; but New York didn't show up until 29 with Marquee and Pacha landed at 30.

the sheriff of nevada is currently investigating credit card fraud from the staff at pure night club las vegas.Shortly before christmas a group from london attended the club and was charged a certain amount via their credit card.When the returned to london pure club had debitted more than twict thge amount they were originally billed for. The manager has refused to repay the money back and has not even offered an apology. This fraudulent act is still being investigated.
