Why is everyone upset over this Twiggy Olay advertisement?
This touched-up advertisement featuring 1960's supermodel Twiggy has been banned in England. The problem is when this photo was taken, Twiggy was 59-years-old.
So, what's pissing everyone off? It's the fact that Twiggy doesn't have a wrinkle or even a crinkle in sight!
The British Parliment took up the issue saying that Twiggy's Olay ad is too misleading. On Thursday, U.K's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) banned the ad completely.

I saw her on Top Model and she doesn't look that good. It's about time someone put a stop to this Hollywood non-sense. If you are old use the product and if it works promote it but to mislead people is just another way Hollywood makes money....&#!% ugly ass women

the before and after photo og twiggy is alot different. yes tru that alot of the companys do use airbrushing but she's 60 years old. and this is truly misleading as a "normal" 60 year old would not be able to use this cream and have no wrinkles.

I dont think this ad shouldve been banned. Its common practice to airbrush dark circles and wrinkles, so I dont see the problem really.

Thank you for information! My computer was infected by virus. I have tried several applications as suggested to get rid of it, but no luck. :( At the end I found great blog about viruses and guys running this blog were able to help me with the problem. They have removed this rootkit from my computer in 30 minutes remotely! You might try it! :)

I just had a look at one of those Ipads and they look great, although the screen is huge I like it. I can see a lots of them needing support when the screen breaks :) Keep up the great work and look forward to more articles

Hiya! I am completely new inside of that Forum site and simply i hope just that somebody could possibly aid myself. I really want a suitable software program to actually edit images or snap shots. It could be that Adobe Photoshop is just a super option, sadly i must say i now don't understand or know if this computer program is without a doubt way too complicated relating to me personally.
