Miley Cyrus slips with homophobic slur in Kentucky [video]
SHOT OF THE DAY
Miley Cyrus made a homophobic slip while performing in Kentucky by shouting "you're gay" during her concert.
In her her song, 7 Things, Miley changed a line from "your games" to "you're gay."
I'll admit, I'm a little disappointed in the teen queen. Dressing like a slut and ruining your own life is one thing, but why in the world would she come after the gays?
Billy Rae and the rest of Kentucky were probably sooo proud!
I'd suggest that Miley start apologizing stat. Can we just set up a rehab to teach celebrities to be a little more politically correct? I'm just saying...

Comments
If you have proof that it was done purposely and is not just a word flub, please post it. Otherwise you owe her an apology.

I dont think she said gay at all. The lyrics say "games", and with her accent it just might of come out sounded the way it did. I have heard the clip several times and I think she is sticking to her lyrics, with just the accent bringing out the A. But even if she did say "gay" is that justification for calling her a slut just because of the way she dresses on a stage? You make it sound like all gay people run to judgement before the verdict is even in! Perhaps, one of the next interviews with her on this tour will address the question? I hope so. Until then, if you want to target some mainstream entertainment who constantly use the term "gay" in a derogatory fashion, attack the writers of SouthPark and Family Guy. They use the term all the time; especially in the case of SouthPark.

She didn't say gay, idiot! As a matter of fact Miley supports gay issues, as do I, but I don't support stupidty or sinking to a level of calling a teenager a slut. The little jab at Kentucky and the insinuation of the "redneck" culture I love that too! It seems to be a common comeback with you people who like to take something and blow into something it isn't. As far as that way of thinking, I am from Kentucky, now live in NYC and you know what? I have experienced more anti-gay, racial, and hatred here in the 2 years I have been living here than the whole 32 years of life in Kentucky, and the gay bars there are better and friendlier.

Being short is no sin, if everyone else around you is taller, it is obvious you would wish to look taller too.

I assume I should use a power surge breaker with the massive number of electronics in my home. Would it be cheaper to get a power surge breaker for the whole house like this whole house surge protector that this review site talks about? Seems like it'd be less expensive to buy 1 good protector for the whole house opposed to having one for everywhere i have a lot of electronics. What do you people think?

Do you think the housing crisis is over and we have entered a new real estate marketplace? I believe the economy wants to fully recover before we have enough people confident enought to invest in new homes. In this marketplace its challenging to make a long term investment and burden oneself with a lot more debt with as a lot uncertainty is inside the air.

Think about it.
