HEALTH AND FITNESS

Most people know I'm not huge on working out.  I go to the trainer three times each week, but I bitch about it all the time!

One thing I'm not bitching about this week is Scott Herman's "Abs Week".  Scott has launched his own YouTube channel.  At Scott Herman Fitness, the beautiful "Real World" alum is teaching us how to have amazing abs.  

If you're lazy like me, then you should at least check Scott's YouTube channel where you can oggle over his abs like I do!
