It was an exciting weekend at the box office as two of my recommended "must sees" dropped this holiday weekend. "Four Christmases" took the top spot while "Milk" rounds out the top 10!
At the front of the pack, "Four Christmases" racked in a whopping $31.6 million while at "Milk" earned $1.8 million. That's nearly $38,000 in each location since this was a limited release.
Other titles joining "Four Christmases" and "Milk" in the Box Office top 10 are:
Finishing in 2nd was Disney's animated adventure "Bolt" with $26.5 million. Dropping to 3rd was the teen vampire romance "Twilight" which added another $26.3 million. The Bond adventure "Quantum of Solace" which earned $19.5 million and took third. Rounding out the top five films was the new release "Australia" which opened with $14.8 million.
Another new release, "Transporter 3," earned $12.3 million.
