BOSTON MUST
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13TH

If you're looking for something to do this afternoon in Boston, the annual Santa Speedo Run sounds like the gay party of the century!

The Santa Speedo Run will start from Lir on Boylston at 1:00pm. While it might be fun to watch, this nearly naked dash is for a good cause. This year, the Santa Speedo Run will raise money for Cradles to Crayons.

This event started the five men in 2000 and has grown to include thousands of hot Bostonian men running through the streets in Santa caps and red speedos.

They kicked off their weekly scoop discussing our "Lady NaNa" story, then Jason Preston's new party and ended with a trip to our weekly Hot Mess party.

Here's the Homo Dish:

It’s not every day that we get to debunk a rumor here in Dish—we’re usually the ones starting them, or repeating them or exaggerating them. But this week, we’ll be the purveyors of truth, bursting little queer bubbles all over Manhattan. See, last week, we got some late breaking news from HK Lounge’s Charles Winters. It seems that, around 2:58am last Sunday, “Nathan,” a self-proclaimed manager from Interscope Records with a fake Australian accent, stormed into Hot Mess with a pair of broads who claimed to be Lady Gaga and Amy Winehouse. After they complained that all the other parties they’d been to that night refused to play their albums, DJs Steve Sidewalk and jRoc treated the crowd to an impromptu Gaga/Winehouse tribute set. Rumors quickly spread that the two ersatz pop stars were the real deal, but when contacted Gaga’s publicist confirmed that she was in fact at the All American Music Awards after party that night, and it’s safe to assume that Winehouse was probably holed up in some dismal British crack den. Gaga’s people went so far as to dub the lady in question NYC’s official “Lady NaNa.” The pair are available for weddings, bar mitzvahs and Planet Hollywood openings.

Hilarious! And then the HX crew spotted Charles Winters (and many others) at Jason Preston's new party "Heaven in Hell."

Over at HK Lounge, Jason Preston along with hosts Jasen Kaplan, Logan Hardcore, Peppermint and Chandilier packed the house with the hottest guys in NYC for the opening of night of Heaven in Hell. Dancing with the Stars finalist Lance Bass was just one of the boldfaced names to join the fun. Seen: Vh-1’s 12 Pack, Tyson Beckford and gaysocialites.com’s Charles Winters, Brandon Voss, MTV’s Vinnie Potestivo with beau Joe Kern, Danny Dias, Calvin Klein’s Jason Lord, Zoe Murphy, 2Xist’s Jason Scarlatti, and hotties Justin Carol and Steve Gonzalez.

And finally the Hot Mess scoop:

It was a packed house again on Sunday night for the Britney Spears Hot Mess birthday party at HK Lounge. The crowd was showered with sex toys and Britney goodies while Logan Hardcore performed a plethora of songs dedicated to Brit-Brit. Seen: Ronnie B, Chandilier, DJ jRoc and a handful of messy Britney-look-a-likes.

The cast and crew at Hot Mess Sundays reviewed the new Britney Spears album for HX Magazine, and from their reviews "Circus" is a hit!

Each one of the Hot Messes were given a different track and asked for their thoughts.

Steve Sidewalk - "Womanizer": "I’d love to dedicate this one to all the fag hags in the club. It reminds them of why they come out to gay clubs in the first place—to avoid the exact type of guy Britney sings about. Definitely a smashing comeback from Brit!"

Logan Hardcore - "Circus": "Sounds like a typical Britney song. But it’s good to know that she compares her life to a circus—we have that in common."

DJ jRoc- "Kill the Lights": "Damn, Britney channeled her inner fag, diva and Timbaland on this! You just can’t go wrong with Danja. It makes me wanna put on a pair of Diors, stalk and attack a photog."

Chandilier - "Unusual You": "I would play it in a psych ward at a hospital."

FRIDAY NIGHT MUST

Things seem to be in order for a new Friday night experience at HK Lounge as Spickey Hilton brings her singing drag routine to a new night.

As Spickey says good-bye to her Wednesday night gig at HK, she opens the door for a whole new event called Socialista Fridays. She'll be joined by Logan Hardcore, Yuhua and Chandilier.

Danny Enchi is still on the turntables, and you still get $5 booze from 11-midnight.

HK Lounge is located at 39th street and 9th avenue in New York City. There is no cover charge.

Jason Preston is known for attracting some of the best D-listers to his New York City lounge parties, but on Saturday night Jason pulled out the big guns with A-lister Lance Bass at HK Lounge.

Preston promised the best of gay NYC's hosts including Jasen Kaplan, Peppermint, Logan Hardcore and Chandilier. He also guaranteed at least one D-lister with Vh-1's "12 Pack" behind the bar. No one really expected "Dancing with the Stars" finalist Lance Bass to roll in.

Jason also tells me that supermodel Tyson Beckford made a cameo at his new "Heaven in Hell" party at HK on Saturday as well.

Could New York City's gay scene have a new king of Saturday nights? Has Jason Preston finally really gotten a job?! You'll have to check out HK Lounge this week to see.
