"Top Chef" is back on Bravo starting tonight with the fifth season installment of the famous cooking show.

This year, for "Top Chef New York" they're doing something a little different. They've set up a Twitter account where a former contestant will dish the dirt on the competition.

For tonight's "Top Chef New York" premiere, they've brought back "Top Chef Chicago" contestant Spike Mendelson to tweet with viewers. The "Top Chef" Twitter page is at twitter.com/BravoTopChef.
