Ashley Dupre made headlines as Governor Eliot Spitzer's prostitute, and she's back again telling her side of the story.
In tons of media build-up to her big "20/20" interview with Diane Sawyer on Friday, Dupre is making the rounds. She told People magazine that she wanted to apologize to Spitzer's wife.
"I'm sorry for your pain," Ashley says.
Dupre said she felt the most pain by looking at Silda Spitzers' face on the day that her husband resigned as governor.
"I try not to revisit that place too often, but when I think about his speech, I think of her face, her eyes, the hurt," Dupre said.
Now, Ashley wants to be a singer. Everyone has to start somewhere, right Kim Kardashian?
