Madonna and Guy Ritchie mean business when it comes to getting divorced. Maybe Guy just wants to get as far away from Madonna as possible, but either way - their divorce could be granted as early as Friday!

London's High Court lists "Ciccone M L v Ritchie G S" as one of 17 cases for "matrimonial and civil partnership causes for pronouncement of decree" on Friday.

If the judge grants them a simple divorce, everything will be final in six weeks and a day.

Evidently Madonna and Guy have reached a divorce settlement that allows her to keep most of her fortune as well as joint custody of their two kids. The two boys, Rocco and David, will split their time between the U.K. where Ritchie lives and the U.S. where Madonna lives.
