Democrats gain another seat in House with late Virginia election results

Several weeks after the polls closed, Democratic challenger Tom Perriello has defeated Republican Incumbent Virgil H. Goode om Virginia.
Perriello has evidently beat Goode by 745 votes. Over 316,000 votes were cast in the district, and Rep. Goode is already asking for a recount.
Despite the fact that 0.24 percentage points separating the two politicos, Perriello says he is confident the certified vote will hold up
