MORNING CHATTER

The Presidential contenders went at it one last time on Wednesday night at Hofstra University for the third and final debate. John McCain didn't land the blow that he needed to come out on top, and Barack Obama maintained the status quo. Exactly what he needed to do.

McCain did get testy with Obama and said he wanted to make it clear that he was running for President not George Bush. He's not only trying to stop Obama's fuel of "four more years of Bush policies," but for goodness sakes the man is being compared to George Bush. That has to get old!

Obama did a great job of making every answer about the economy, an area where he knows he fairs well.

In the video above, the candidates address the question of the nature of the campaign.

One last thought, what the hell is with "Joe the Plumber?" Palin had "Joe Six-Pack," and the presidential contenders have "Joe the Plumber," a man named Joe who happens to be a plumber that Obama met along the campaign trail.

Regardless, I'm giving the win in this final Presidential Debate to Barack Obama (as are most polls.) This election is Obama's to lose!
