Regis & Kelly put together best halloween show with 14 costumes and $20K prize

Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa were the top dogs of daytime television this morning with 14 different costumes, each co-host wearing 7 apiece. That's not all! "Live with Regis and Kelly" gave away $20,000 in a costume contest.
The duos costumes included Hanna Montana and Billy Ray Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Emeril Lagasse and Nigella Lawson. The show opened with Kelly playing Sarah Palin and Regis as Joe Biden. They closed the show as "Project Runway's" Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn who judged the costume contest.
Regis and Kelly gave away the $20,000 grande prize to two women who were dressed as a rollercoaster.
