It's true! Madonna and Guy Ritchie's representatives have confirmed today that the power couple is definitely getting divorced.

In a joint statement from Madonna and Guy, the couple confirmed the gossip and news that broke over night in the U.K.

The Ritchies have been married for 8 years. They have one biological child together and one adopted son. Madonna also has a daughter from a previous hook-up.

Evidently, most of the divorce will be handled in London despite the fact that Madonna wants the case heard in New York.

Madonna is to perform concerts Wednesday and Thursday in Boston as her "Sticky and Sweet" tour continues. Ritchie's latest movie, "RocknRolla," recently opened to mixed reviews.
