Hugh Hefner held his annual Halloween party at the Playboy mansion this weekend, and boy can this old fart get around.
Despite the fact that Hefner has two new girlfriends, twins Karina and Kristina Shannon (pictured here with Hef and some other ho's), reports from inside the party say the old man had his hands on plenty of bunnies.
After feeling around on Karina, Kristina and another chick who would whip out their boobs; Hefner took the party to his bedroom. Evidently there was a line all the way down the hall way with sluttly little girls waiting to fool around with old man Hefner.
