Do-over for Letterman and McCain on "Late Show"

lettermanmccainreschedule.jpg

Senator John McCain and David Letterman are going to try a "do-over" after the Republican nominee "suspended" his campaign, canceled an interview with Letterman and ended up on the same network sitting with Katie Couric while he was supposed to be with Letterman.

Shocking, McCain has agreed to be on the show again despite the fact that Letterman has bashed the Arizona Senator since he skipped out on that last appearance.

It will be a bit awkward to see Dave explain saying he felt like “an ugly date” when McCain stood him up, not to mention the fact that Letterman questioned the intelligence of the campaign suspension stunt.

John McCain's appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman" will air Thursday night.
