Anne Hathaway is at the center of a new scandal related to her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri.

When searching Follieri's home, police evidently discovered a secret cellar that contains naked photos of Hathaway. That isn't all. The cops also evidently have Anne's private diary in their possession.

No word yet on whether the nudie photos or the diary will become a part of Follieri's investigation.

Hathaway was a guest on "The Late Show with David Letterman" on Tuesday night where she tried to joke about Follieri's scam where he embezzled money claiming to be making investments in Vatican city.
