Heather Locklear was arrested over the weekend in California after she was evidently driving erratically and evidently blasting music. That's her mug shot above.

TMZ.com is reporting that Locklear was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription drugs, and that she was released without having to post bail.

Witness say they saw Locklear driving erratically when leaving a parking lot. When cops arrived they found her car parked on a highway and blocking a traffic lane.

California Highway Patrol official confirmed that Heather was picked up and arrested, but he wouldn't say much more.

She sure looks a little cracked out in the mug shot above, doesn't she?

A spokeswoman for Locklear was yet to comment.
