Authorities say that DJ AM and Travis Barker saved their own lives by jumping from the burning plane shortly after it hit the ground.

TMZ.com is reporting that Travis has been burned from the waist down, but he is expected to live. DJ AM's face was severely burned.

As of Saturday afternoon, both AM and Barker were listed in critical condition. We aren't sure of the severity of their burns.
