According to a poll by Blistex Lip Restore, the World's Most Perfect Pout goes to Keira Knightley.

Keira beat out Angelina Jolie and Kylie Minogue, both who clearly have better pouts than Knightley.

As for the worst, here's who the pollster ranked on the opposite end of the pout:

How funny is it that Posh Spice made both lists at #5?! And you know Joan Rivers paid a lot for her pout. Maybe its time to have it touched up?
