The first look at Google Chrome, a new web browsing option
The cat's out of the bag, and soon so will Google's new web browser, Google Chrome.
Here's your first look at a screen cap:

On Tuesday morning, Google was set to hold a press conference to officially launch Chrome.
Google developers say that entering the web browsing market, because they believe Chrome "can add value for users and, at the same time, help drive innovation on the web."
"Because we spend so much time online, we began seriously thinking about what kind of browser could exist if we started from scratch and built on the best elements out there" say Sundar Pichai, VP Product Management, and Linus Upson, Engineering Director of Google Chrome.
"We realized that the web had evolved from mainly simple text pages to rich, interactive applications and that we needed to completely rethink the browser. What we really needed was not just a browser, but also a modern platform for web pages and applications, and that's what we set out to build."
Google Chrome is supposedly fast and gets you from point A to point B very quickly often routed through Google resources, I'm sure.
I'll probably give it a try, but not until it is out of beta and a little more kink-free.
