Sen. Larry Craig's defense team trying to reverse his guilty plea

larrycraigmug.jpg

Closeted homosexual Senator Larry Craig is trying to get his guilty plea withdrawn, and Craigs' lawyer claims that his foot tapping in an airport men's room should be protected by the First Amendment right to freedom of speech.

Hook up men, it's your first ammendment right.

Tapping your foot under a toilet stall is evidently a sign that you wanna have a romp with the person in the stall next door.

Craig was actually charged with disorderly conduct, but his attorney has a defense for that too

The Senator's legal team says since no one besides the arresting officer saw the hand signals and foot tapping, no one else was offended by the behavior and, thus, makes the disorderly conduct charge invalid.

It sounds like Larry has a good legal team. Maybe he should have consulted them before pleading guilty in the first place!
