We've been asking for years whether or not Kevin Spacey is gay. Evidently, he edged himself a little closer to coming out of the closet over the weekend.

While partying at the same club as Spacey in Croatia, another party-goer snapped cell phone photos of Kevin groping another man's ass.

You can check out all of the photos here. Notice how casual he looks like while exposing the other man's bum and running his hands down his pants. It looks a bit orgy-ish.

Spacey won't admit that he's gay, but it is basically becoming common knowledge. Why in the world would you rub another man's ass in public? Especially if you're in the closet?

The same photo agency also claims to have busted Spacey smoking weed earlier in the week on this same Croatian trip.

It looks like a coming out party might happen soon!
