It looks like bad boy Kanye West will NOT get charged with a felony for last week's assault on a paparazzi photographer.

Here's how Kanye will likely slide by the system: In California, you have to cause damages higher than $400 to get a felony charge. West evidently only damaged a flash on the camera which is valued less than 400 bucks.

Kanye's fall guy and road manager, Don Crowley, will probably get slapped with a felony since he was caught on video hitting the camera which is definitely more expensive than $400.
