David Spade is a father!

The actor's reps have confirmed that a baby girl born last week to former Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace is Spade's biological daughter.

Before the little girl was born, and before David was confirmed as the baby's father; he said:

"If it is true that I am the father of her child, then I will accept responsibility."

It's time to put his money where his mouth is, I guess.

Spade originally seemed skeptical that Grace was carrying his baby, but David did admit that he had a fling with Jillian.

This is the first child for both Jillian Grace and David Spade.
