George Michael needs to go to rehab. That's all there is to it. The man is constantly getting busted cruising for sex, and each time he's lugging some drugs.

On Friday, Michael was busted by cops while cruising a public toilet. The washed up gay singer had a powder substance at the time of his arrest (believed to be crack cocaine.)

This week, George is apologizing.

“I want to apologize to my fans for screwing up again, and to promise them I’ll sort myself out. And to say sorry to everybody else, just for boring them.”

Last year George Michael pleaded guilty to being unfit to drive after being found slumped at the wheel of his car with traces of weed and GHB in his body. In 1998 he was arrested in a Beverly Hills public lavatory for lewd behavior.
