Gavin DeGraw's father confirms he is safe and sound

BREAKING NEWS

Media reports from Gavin DeGraw's home town confirm that the singer was not killed in the plane accident involving former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and popular DJ AM (Adam Goldstein).

“You have no idea how many phone calls we’ve been getting from people out of concern,” Gavin's father Wayne DeGraw said.

DeGraw's dad says Gavin was still on the ground in South Carolina and waiting to leave on Saturday morning.

There was speculation that DeGraw might be aboard the plane with Barker and Goldstein, because he performed at a concert Friday night with Barker and DJ AM.

Travis and DJ AM are both in critical condition having sustained burn wounds after the plane crashed. Perry Farrell - who performed with Barker, Goldstein and DeGraw - ">is also safe as he didn't board that plane either.

This is a developing story, and we will keep you posted.
