Michelle Obama to open the Democratic National Convention

The Obama campaign announced on Sunday that Michelle Obama will headline the opening of night of the Democratic National Convention is Denver later this month.
The convention is packed full of history. Hillary Clinton, who came closer than any woman to winning a major-party nomination for president, will speak on Wednesday night which is the 88th anniversary of women receiving the right to vote.
Her husband, former President Bill Clinton will speak on Wednesday along with Barack Obama's pick for Vice-President.
Obama will accept the Democratic nomination on Thursday night, the 45th anniversary of Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" speech, at Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium before a crowd expected to reach 75,000.
