A man is being held in Florida police custody after threatening to kill Barack Obama.

Raymond Hunter Geisel was jailed without bail Thursday at a brief court hearing on the matter.

The Secret Service says Geisel made the threat to kill Obama during a training class for bail bondsmen in Miami in late July. Another tipster said Geisel also threatened President Bush.

The man, who says he is from Maine, claims that both accusations are false. Geisel says he didn't threaten Obama or President Bush.
