Should we mark Joe Biden off the our list of potential candidates for Barack Obama's running mate?

If we go by Biden's own words, we should. When accosted by reporters leaving his home on Tuesday, the Delaware Senator told the media:

"You guys have better things to do. I'm not the guy."

On Saturday, Obama is expected to spend the day campaigning with his new Vice Presidential hopeful including an official introduction/ announcement.

Biden also assured reporters that he'll be at home this Saturday.
