Heidi Montag has a new music video out for her song "Overdosin'", and not only is it long and drawn out -- it's straight out of the 1980's.

It almost looks like Richard Simmons exploded with the "Sweatin' to the Oldies" theme complete with leotard and leggings.
Gag me! How did Heidi Montag become a musician? She's not even a good actress on her "reality show," "The Hills."
Montag says her inspiration for "Overdosin'" is her boyfriend Spencer Pratt. In that case, she probably should have called the song "From one douche bag to another."
