Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are rumored to be getting married this weekend in California.

Us Weekly is reporting that Ellen and Portia are planning a small, intimate ceremony with only a few close friends and family.

The couple decided to tie the knot after California began allowing gay marriage earlier this year.

"It's something that we've wanted to do and we want it to be legal and we are very, very excited," DeGeneres told fans.

As for getting ready for the big day, Ellen joked, "Planning a wedding is very stressful. It's crazy. My gardener is now invited."

DeGeneres and de Rossi began dating in December 2004. I'm hoping for some beautiful wedding pictures!
