The crazy man who goes by the name of Clark Rockefeller and was recently arrested for kidnapping his own child evidently told his get away driver that he was running from a gay friend.

The driver, Darryl Hopkins, said he got suspicious when he pulled his SUV away from a Boston street on July 27th and someone grabbed ahold of the car holding on for dear life. Rockefellar told Hopkins the man was a gay friend, but in truth that man was a social worker.

Despite that Hopkins told local media that he had no reason to doubt that Rockefeller was who he said he was.

Authorities say Clark isn't a Rockefeller at all! They believe he is really a German man named Christian Gerhartsreiter. He is also going to be questioned in the death of a California couple that occurred several years ago.
