Barack Obama is losing his lead in the polls as John McCain gains ground

Barack Obama seems to have lost all of the points he gained during his highly publicized visits to Afghanistan and Iraq in the latest Gallup poll. Following the trip, Obama lead John McCain by 9-percentage points.
The Gallup Daily tracking poll shows that voters favored Obama over McCain 46 to 43 percent.
McCain bounce follows two advertising campaigns against Obama. The first painted the Democratic nominee as the biggest celebrity in the world comparing him to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. The second called Obama arrogant, distancing him from the common man.
The election is less than 100 days away.
