Ugh! I hate it that this economy situation is starting to look more and more like a recession.

The Associated Press sums it up best like this:

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is laying off as many as 22,000 state employees. New York's governor is raising the possibility of selling — or more accurately, leasing — the Brooklyn Bridge. Nevada is burning through its rainy-day fund like a gambler on a losing streak. And Maryland is pinning its hopes on slot machines.

As a true follower of The Secret - I say we have to keep on chugging. I truly believe that the media can manipulate the outlook of economy and has somewhat already done so. Politicians can shape the economy and in an election year, it makes a good platform issue.

Those who can spend need to spend! That's the only way we're ever going to be able revive this economy!
