Shia LaBeouf is officially a bad boy! A sloppy one but definitely not squeaky clean anymore.

The 22-year-old star of Indiana Jones and Transformers picked up a DUI misdemeanor charge this weekend when he rolled his car injuring himself and two others.

"He was arrested for a misdemeanor. He was booked and cited at hospital," L.A. County Sheriff Watch Commander Sergeant Scott Wolf said.

Don't go searching for the mug shot, since it was a misdemeanor charge there isn't one. LaBeouf wasn't required to pay any bail either.

Shia underwent surgery this morning for injuries to his left hand. He also suffered injuries to the head and knee.

LaBeouf's female passenger and the woman driving the other vehicle suffered minor injuries. All three were taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where the women were treated and released.

Shia remains hospitalized.

This isn't his first run in with the law either. In November, LaBeouf was arrested for refusing to leave a Walgreens store.
