Shia LaBeouf is in the clear for this weekend's car accident that landed him a DUI.

The "Transformers" actor was drunk, so his DUI charge will stick.

The other driver evidenttly jumped a red light and will be charged. Talk about luck, Shia!

"He (LaBeouf) was not at fault," a police spokesperson said.

Good news that the accident wasn't his fault, but tsk, tsk to Mr. LaBeouf for driving while drunk!
