Rudy Giuliani and John McCain spark ticket talk at Yankees game

mccainrudyyankees.jpg

John McCain and Rudy Giuliani took a trip to Yankee Stadium for a photo op and some free P.R.

The Yankees fans even chanted for a "McCain-Giuliani" ticket.

"You hear all kinds of stuff, but I'm not thinking about anything but helping to get him elected," Giuliani said. "Beyond the fact that he's the candidate of my party, he's a very good friend."

Despite the fact that Giuliani and McCain campaigned against each other at one time, Rudy was quick to endorse the now presumptive Republican nominee when he quit the race.

It might a long shot to see Giuliani on the ticket. He is more liberal than McCain, and right now the Republicans are trying to look a bit more conservative.
