Here's a follow-up to a story that we first told you about yesterday.

In my home state of Tennessee, a man walked into a church and opened fire at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church in Knoxville. Two people have since died, and a total of seven people were seriously injured.

The man has now been identified as Jim D. Adkisson (pictured above). He is now in police custody. Adkisson killed Greg McKendry who died as he attempted to block the gunfire. A second victim, Linda Kraeger, also died of gunshot wounds after being taken to the hospital.

Adkisson is charged with first-degree murder. His motive is unknown at this time.
