London's G-A-Y nightclub is closing on Saturday

This Saturday is the last night of merrily dancing at London's most famous homo hot spot, G-A-Y at the Astoria.
Jeremy Joseph, the club's promoter, says G-A-Y will reopen elsewhere.
G-A-Y at the Astoria is a considered a gay cultural landmark by its admirers.
“It was the first place they went to when they came out - or before they came out the place they went to be themselves if they were having problems with families or colleagues. Joseph added in an interview with the Times: "I've even had messages such as ‘I met my boyfriend ten years ago at G-A-Y. If you hadn't been there we'd never have met'.”
Kylie, Madonna and even Enrique Iglesias have performed there. Enrique even mingled with the gays and serenaded one on stage.
G-A-Y at the Astoria will definitely be missed!
