As we first reported earlier today, Kim Kardashian's sister Khloe is headed to jail. Now we have learned that she will be locked up the end of the week.

Khloe's mother, Kris Jenner, called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show to set the facts straight on why Khloe is getting locked up.

"A year ago, Khloe was arrested for a DUI, as we all know and saw on one of the episodes of our show," explained Jenner referring to her family's show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" on E!

Khloe was sentenced to 36 months probation following her March 4, 2007 arrest but "violated her parole by not doing some things that the court asked her to do," according Kris.

"I'm disappointed in my daughter, for sure," said Kris. "She's made this huge mistake, and now she's doing the steps to correct that mistake."

Khloe will begin a 30-day jail term starting this Friday morning.

Sadly, Khloe is my favorite Kardashian of all!
