If you ask Miley Cyrus herself, she would say 'no' Lucas Til isn't her new man, he's just her co-star in "Hannah Montana: The Movie."

Til plays Miley's kinda-sorta love interest in the movie, and while on break from shooting Miley and Lucas hit Malibu for some fun in the sun.

Miley, 15, and Lucas, 17, were joined by an unknown female friend; but the paps say they looked awfully flirtatious while frollocking on the beach.

Cyrus evidently dumped her last boyfriend Tom Sturges after all of those riskque photos surfaced earlier this year.
