Lance Bass has a new man, personal trainer and aspiring actor Sebastian Leal. The problem is that Leal is married - to a woman!

According to Page Six, Lance's new man was married to Jessica Gannon nine years ago - and never got a divorce.

The thing is that Leal isn't a US citizen and Gannon is. Can you say green card?!

Gannon says that the couple split over "irreconcilable differences." She added, "We continue to love each other. He was, is and always will be my best friend." GREEN CARD!

Bass' pals say he probably already knew about it.
