Hurricane Dolly has hit shore, and this bitch is a doozy!

Dolly is lashing the US-Mexico coast with 120 mile-per-hour winds forcing evacuations on both sides of the border near Brownsville, Texas.

Thousands are without electricity, and 14 counties in Texas have already been declared disaster areas.

Weather forecasters warn that the area could get up to 15 inches of rain compliments of hurricane Dolly. The storm is expected to produce flooding and breach levees in the populated Rio Grande Valley.

FEMA, the National Guard and the Red Cross are standing by to move in after the storm passes.
