Prisoners don't have direct access to the internet, but they do have US Mail privileges. Scott and other murderers are writing their thoughts down on paper, mailing them to their flunkies on the outside and those freaks post them on the web.

I'm not sure if there is a specific website where Peterson's writings are posted, but I find it sick that so many people want to read them. (If anyone finds them, let me know) ;)
