Olivia Newton-John got hitched over the weekend, and the gay icon did an amazing job of keeping her wedding under wraps.

Newton-John married 49-year-old Australian entrepreneur John Easterling in a surprise ceremony at her home in Malibu, California.

The guests didn't even know that Olivia and John were getting married. They thought they were attending a 4th of July barbeque.

Talk about a surprise!

"John said they could wait a few days, or change the venue, but Olivia was determined that nothing was going to interfere with her special day."

Newton-John is currently working with Del Shores on "Sordid Lives" the television series set to air on Logo. She also starred in a movie by the same name.
