An employee over at the fag rag, HX magazine, is suing Subway sandwich shop after he evidently found an entire knife in his Subway sandwich.

John Agnesini, a designer at HX, says he opened up his lunch to find 7-inch blade mixed right in!

"After taking a few bites I could tell something didn't taste right," Agnesini told the New York Post.

"Then I felt something hard on the bottom of the bread. I turned it over and could see the knife baked inside."

John also told the Post that the sharp edge of the stainless steel knife was facing upward and extended into the half of the sandwich that he had already started eating.

"It's shocking. You see this metal knife. I mean, it's one thing seeing a hair or something," Agnesini said. "If I didn't look at it, could you imagine what would happen? I could've slashed the side of my mouth."

Subway will not discuss the June 27 incident. Agnesini is suing for $1 million!
